We hold a large part inventory of approximately 3500 line items totalling more than 18,000 parts to help support quick turnaround of repair orders.  Our part support team continuously searches for and procures difficult to locate parts and data worldwide.

Reliability is directly proportional to the quality of engineering invested in the repair process. You can expect consistent reliability with each and every repair.  Our Research and Development department is continuously finding new methods to test and evaluate items sent for repair which ultimately reduces costs for everybody overall. Our engineers have access to service manuals, schematic diagrams, equipment and other documentation that may be available to carry out your repair effectively.

Complete power up and load testing is the only effective method of testing any item of electronic equipment. To ensure quality repairs the R&D team is continuously updating test procedures and hardware platforms that will allow full testing of your equipment.

To date R & D has amassed a great deal of information on some 20,000 + items listed in our repair catalogue.

By providing a ‘flat rate’ repair catalogue listing our customers can ascertain immediately the cost benefit between repairing an item to an as new like standard with a twelve month limited warranty or purchasing a new item direct from the manufacturer usually with no warranty at all and for a substantially higher price.

Repair reliability is our first priority.  Upon receipt, your asset is assigned it’s own job number and bar-coded to ensure accurate tracking.  Your asset is cleaned to remove failure inducing contaminants, enhancing reliability.

We replace all aged electrolytic capacitors, relay’s and all components that are high failure prone.  All repairs are tested thoroughly using load test equipment and fixed system test jigs, this will enable testing of the most complex boards through their full performance range.

All repairs are performed in an anti-static environment to help reduce failures in the field.

All repairs are backed up by a limited one year warranty. (See Warranty Section).
