If you have a 30 day account with us your controllers can be collected for free (refer to F.A.Q for terms). 

If you do not have an 30 day account with us, shipping charges are at your cost; which we can arrange using our carrier.

All repairs MUST have the correct Australian Customs Documentation & the outside of the packaging MUST be labeled "For repair & return" to avoid import taxes & duties. 

If this is not done we will have to pass on all taxes incurred.

Please call to advise us of your controllers so we can track all incoming repairs.
